The lesson is not to replicate another company’s story. It is to recognize that Texas has the confidence, commercial energy, and sense of place needed to build lasting hospitality businesses.

Our decision to establish METROSPACES in Frisco reflects that belief. Frisco and Plano sit within the North Dallas corridor, where companies, destinations, sport, retail, and hospitality are already part of the same conversation. PGA Frisco makes that visible: a destination where the PGA of America, Omni Hotels & Resorts, dining, retail, golf, and community programming meet in one setting.
