Why Frisco, why now: a Texas home for METROSPACES.

Our new Frisco address is not simply a change of location. It is a deliberate choice to build the next chapter of METROSPACES inside a living hospitality and business ecosystem.

Texas has a singular place in American hospitality. In 1919, Conrad Hilton bought the Mobley Hotel in Cisco, Texas, beginning the story that became Hilton. Rosewood’s own history names Rosewood Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas as the birthplace of its brand. Those are different companies with different histories, but both show how Texas has long been a place where hospitality businesses take shape and grow with conviction.

Frisco and Plano sit in the North Dallas corridor where corporate life, destination-making, retail, sports, and hospitality overlap. Frisco is not only a location on the map; it is an active environment for the kind of places people visit, work from, gather in, and return to.

PGA Frisco is a visible expression of that environment. The City of Frisco describes the PGA of America headquarters as the anchor of a 600-acre mixed-use development that brings together championship golf, retail, and the 500-room Omni PGA Frisco Resort. The wider PGA Frisco campus connects hospitality, dining, entertainment, and a major sporting institution in one destination.

That is why Frisco matters to METROSPACES. Under new management, we are building a hospitality-led business plan informed by Texas entrepreneurial energy and a Swiss sensibility for care, precision, and welcome. Frisco gives us a setting that reflects the direction we are choosing: ambitious, grounded in place, and connected to the way hospitality is evolving in North Texas.

From November 15, 2026, the METROSPACES address will be:

METROSPACES 2591 Dallas Parkway Suite 300 Frisco, TX 75034
